Baltimore General Dispensary.
An address to the citizens of Baltimore and its vicinity : containing a concise account of the Baltimore General Dispensary, its by-laws, and other matters worthy of notice.

The address is an open letter requesting financial support, and includes a history and description of the institution. It is signed by Joseph G. J. Bend, the president, and by two other members of the Board of Managers.
Appendices no. 1-7 (p. [9]-24) include "An act to incorporate the contributors to the Baltimore General Dispensary" (passed by the state legislature in 1807), the by-laws and supplementary resolutions, the "Regulations of the Humane Society engrafted on the Dispensary", "Information to patients", and the names of the managers, consulting and attending physicians, and the apothecary.
"Annual reports of the patients admitted" and "Statement of the funds" for the years 1803-1812: p. 25-31. "List of the contributors for the last six years": p. 32-40.
