The historic address in the fanlight over the front doorway reads "66", which would have been on the west side of the block, not the odd numbered, east side of the block. Furthermore, Penn Street did not extend as far south as 773, which means we are probably looking at Swanson Street.

Originally part of an album of seventy eight views taken by John Moran entitled "A collection of photographic views in Philadelphia & its vicinity taken in the year 1868-1869" (Philadelphia, 1870).
