Signs indicate some businesses have moved or will move in the near future. A horse-drawn delivery wagon for William B. Mageuem, victuallers at Reading Terminal Market, stands at the curb. Two men and a boy stand at the corner while another man looks in a shop window. Bellevue-Stratford Hotel is visible in the background. Construction on a Union League addition that expanded its Broad Street building west to 15th Street began in October 1909.
