Suggestions to masters of vessels, : a compliance with which is required by the Board of Underwriters of New-York; and a list of agents for vessels and cargoes in distress, appointed by said board. Masters of vessels in distress will find claims jeopardized by not calling on the agents appointed by the underwriters and taking their advice. Recommended by the American Shipmasters' Association.
